This list is written by Rudat AG, itself an estate agent with its office in Baar, directly connected to Rotkreuz by the S1 Stadtbahn. We say so first, so that you know it while you read.

Fixed rules therefore apply. We state only what the offices publish on their own websites or what is recorded in the Swiss commercial register. We do not rate anyone and we draw up no ranking. Which estate agents have an office in Rotkreuz?

7 offices based in the municipality of Risch sell or broker houses and flats for owners according to their own websites. Included is every firm that is actively registered in the commercial register, states an address in the municipality on its own website and offers sales there. All addresses are in 6343 Rotkreuz; in Risch, Buonas and Holzhäusern we found no office with a website of its own. As at 14 October 2026.

Not listed are pure property managers, developers with their own projects, holding companies and firms without a website of their own. If an office is missing, we add it on request.

Which agents have their office in the city of Zug?

The city of Zug is a direct ride from Rotkreuz on the S1 Stadtbahn, and several Zug offices market property in the municipality of Risch. Four of them are listed here with address and focus, alphabetically; all of them are in the list of estate agents in the city of Zug.

Engel & Völkers (shop at Neugasse 15, Zug) runs a page of its own on selling in Risch-Rotkreuz; Neho (registered office Lausanne) names Rotkreuz as an area of activity. The enumeration is not exhaustive.

What is particular about selling in Rotkreuz?

The sale contract for a property in Rotkreuz, Risch, Buonas or Holzhäusern is notarised by the municipal clerk’s office of Risch (Gemeindeschreiberei Risch) at the Zentrum Dorfmatt. In the Canton of Zug the municipal clerks are responsible for contracts concerning land in their own municipality (§ 4 para. 2 Notarisation Act, BGS 223.1); lawyers may not notarise land sale contracts (§ 7 para. 2). The draft contract and the appointment therefore run through the municipality, whichever office you engage.

The municipality of Risch consists of the four villages of Rotkreuz, Risch, Buonas and Holzhäusern and had 11,830 residents at the end of 2025, up from 7,218 in 2000. The municipal tax rate in 2026 is 54% of the simple tax. Around 17,300 passengers board and alight at Rotkreuz station every day; buyers accordingly look for a flat close to the station or a house on the lake side in Risch and Buonas.

How do you choose the right agent in Rotkreuz?

Speak to two or three offices and ask all of them the same questions. How is the price arrived at? Who looks after you personally? Which sales in the municipality of Risch are documented? What does the fee include? None of the 7 offices publishes its fee; all quote per property. The agent’s commission is earned only once the sale contract is concluded as a result of the agent’s referral or mediation (Art. 413 para. 1 Swiss Code of Obligations).
