VON POLL IMMOBILIEN gives an address at Churerstrasse 21 in Pfäffikon SZ on its «Oberer Zürichsee» location page; up to the date of this list we have not found an entry for this location in the Swiss commercial register, so it does not appear in the table. The enumeration is not exhaustive.
What is particular about selling in Freienbach and Pfäffikon SZ?
The sale contract for a property in Freienbach is executed as a notarised deed (öffentliche Beurkundung) exclusively by the Notariat, Grundbuchamt und Konkursamt Höfe (notary’s office, land registry and bankruptcy office of the Höfe district) at Rebhaldenstrasse 15 in 8807 Freienbach; it is responsible for the whole Höfe district (§ 10 let. a and § 81 EGzZGB, SRSZ 210.100). The draft contract and the appointment therefore run through this notary’s office, whichever agency you engage. The Canton of Schwyz levies no property transfer tax; the notarisation fee is CHF 45 per CHF 50,000 of the purchase price or part thereof, so CHF 1,800 for CHF 2 million, plus VAT (§ 5 no. 1 and § 2 para. 2 fee schedule, SRSZ 213.512).
The municipality of Freienbach had 17,039 residents in 2025 (data portal of the Canton of Schwyz). In 2026 the tax multipliers (Steuerfuss) are 110 % for the canton, 14 % for the Höfe district and 50 % for the municipality, together 174 % of the simple tax excluding church tax (tax multiplier table 2026 of the Canton of Schwyz). The municipality comprises five villages with their own postcodes: Pfäffikon SZ (8808) with the municipal administration, Wilen (8832), Freienbach (8807), Bäch (8806) and Hurden (8640) on the Seedamm causeway. The offices in the table are in Pfäffikon SZ, Bäch and Freienbach.

How do you choose the right agent in Freienbach and Pfäffikon SZ?
Speak to two or three offices and ask all of them the same questions. How is the price arrived at? Who looks after you personally? Which sales in the municipality or in the same segment are documented? What does the fee include? None of the 21 offices publishes its fee for a sale; all quote per property.
